Wow, another loan from fraud. I was a victim of the Crimson Loan Group and the Brook View Financial Services is a scam! These so-called "private" loan companies will give you with all your contact information and tell you that you have been approved for a loan. They would smooth talk and tell you that their business a company is legit and that they are "private" investors to help the hard-working Americans, wanted to get loans, the banks will refuse. I know this firsthand because I was the victim of Crimson Lending Group, and I wired a "Barbara Bjarke" $ 2346.00 and was told I would receive a deposit into my account the next day. They faxed me documents as a legal and asked me to fax it back and get treated. I gave them all my data to the loan because of my past credit history to obtain. This "Steve Mayfair" (fake name) told me I should talk to a "Richard Smith" in customer service to them. I waited the next day and still no loan deposited into my account. I would have listened to the voice in the back, but I was desperate for a loan that I did not hear that small voice.
I called 'Richard Smith' and he said that investors were worried because my debt / income ratio was soo high. He said I had two choices were for a full refund or wire an additional $ 2346.00 on my loan get back up. He said I do not pay for eight months. I told him I wanted my refund, but he said I was going for the "investor" to include me could wait repayment. I waited, and when I phoned and he said that my refund would be five days time. Still no refund and the number was disconnected. I knew that I was cheated. Please do not wire money in advance, because if you read it, it's AGAINIST allowed, so do.
If you ask the financial advisor, the license number, they will tell you that you need a lawyer to do it. You are scum, and they have no heart, because they do not take your money and give you the loan that you desperately need. These people are low, still lifes, do not believe them.
I called Brook View Financial Services to me and spoke with a "Peter" and I asked why they want money before receiving the loan. He said: "If you get a loan with a second, a security for a loan," but his company does not require that but only in advance fees. I said that I spoke with the attorney general and that it is attempting a scam, money from the consumer. They are crooks, remember, I know that it is too late for me, but do not fall for this trick. I want to warn people about this company and lending. They are smooth, and they will tell you that it is not fraud, but do not fall for it.
